The purpose of this event is to educate folks on the framework of Rest is Resistance! There will be three portions of this event:

Herbal Workshop and Collage Making
Somatic Visioning Session on Rest
Our goal is for people to leave the space feeling rested and with a sense of community. We hope that the tools we provide will allow people to go home with new rest practices or rituals to add in their days!
